This policy governs the conditions for returns of orders placed on www.fitestique.ro.
According to Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, individual consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase without giving any reason and without penalties, within 14 calendar days from receiving the products.
This right applies only to consumers (natural persons). Our online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, undertakes to process returns in accordance with applicable law.
The delivered product does not match the description on the website
The product has manufacturing defects
The wrong product was delivered (different flavor/model than ordered)
Return requests must be sent by email to contact@fitestique.com or by phone before shipping the return parcel
Products must be returned via courier service to the address provided by the Seller
In case of a delivery error by the Seller, return shipping costs will be covered by Fitestique; otherwise, the Client bears the return costs
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories and any gifts received
Products must be in new condition – sealed, unopened, unused, and undamaged
According to Art. 16 (d), (e), and (f) of GEO 34/2014, the following cannot be returned:
Unsealed or used products
Products likely to deteriorate or expire quickly
Sealed products which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once unsealed (e.g., dietary supplements)
Products that, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
If returned products do not meet the above conditions, Fitestique reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct up to 100% of the product’s value depending on its condition
If the original packaging is damaged, a fixed fee of 15 RON per box may be deducted from the refund amount
Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days from the receipt and inspection of the returned items
Refunds will only be issued via bank transfer to the account provided by the Client; no refunds will be made in cash, by post, or via money transfer services
Products must be sent via courier to the address communicated by email upon approval of the return request.
